Customer satisfaction index (CSI)

The row at the top shows your shop’s current CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), the higher it is, the greater the customer satisfaction with your bodyshop.

The highest possible value is 10.0. It is calculated automatically as the average total value based on marks given by your customers.

The total value is only visible for the bodyhop and not for the customers.

Server addresses

The table below contains IP addresses and network ports where the desktop server is available. Here you can change current values of address/port, add new address or remove the existing one.

This table is recommended to change only by advanced users or administrators of the shop network – incorrect values may cause EstVis software’s inoperability in your bodyshop.

PayPal integration

Here you can assign your PayPal business account to get payments directly from the customers onto your PayPal account.

Make sure you have registered business account in your PayPal settings. For this type of accounts it is available to create an Application in PayPal dashboard and get your personal ID and secret.

Please copy them to these fields to integrate the payment system into EstVis.

Employee insurance

EstVis allows to set up automatic withholding of a specified amount from an employee as contributions to the insurance fund.

This can be useful if the employee subsequently needs to withhold part of the payment, for example if the employee caused damage to the company.

Set the Enable employee insurance checkbox on to enable automatic withholding.

The first value Insurance limit, $ means the total fund’s amount until which the employee will continue to be deducted. As soon as the amount of deductions reaches this value, the deductions will be suspended until this amount decreases again (for example as a result of the need to write off the damage caused to the company from the employee).

The second value Insurance % means the percentage of deduction from the employee for each payment.

Common employee settings

This parameters group includes:

Review settings

The group includes Google and Yelp links of your bodyshop, which the customer may use to learn more about your bodyshop and leave a review as well.

Show review links only for marks higher than setting indicates the minimum internal (visible only in EstVis) rating given by the customer at which they will be asked to leave a review on public platforms such as Google and Yelp.

The last setting available on the page is Allow customer to set expected vehicle drop off
date and time checkbox – it allows or disallows to the customer to choose expected vehicle drop off date and time when he receives the damage pics and work authorization request.
