10.7. Case Creating

EstVis provides different methods to create a case:

  1. A case is automatically created by importing the assignment from an insurance company or the estimate generated by third-party estimating software.
  2. A case can be created within the EstVis Workflow.
  3. A case can also be created using the EstVis mobile app for iOS and Android.

To create a case in Workflow:


1) Open Workflow, then open the Opportunities bucket and click the + button:

2) Fill in the customer and vehicle data in the window that appeared and click the Save button. If you tick the box "Send invite to the customer", EstVis will automatically send the invitation message to the customer with a request to take damage photos and to sign the Work Authorization form through a link.
