Case classification by priority is helpful for visually representing which cases need special attention. This can be based on urgency, with some cases being more urgent than others.
To set the priority of a case, right-click on the case card and choose Set Priority. There are three case priorities available: urgent, high, and default.
When a case is given a priority other than default, the case card is displayed with a colored frame to show the set priority:
- High priority is indicated by a red frame.
- Medium priority is indicated by a yellow frame.
- High priority is indicated by a red frame.
- Medium priority is indicated by a yellow frame.
